Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they ready. The latest estimate for when pre-orders will ship is displayed on the pre-order purchase button. This is our best estimate at the time the order is placed. If the actual delivery date is expected to be 2 weeks or more later than expected we will email all affected customers.

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time prior to shipping. Email biz@bohorow.com if you'd like to cancel a pre-order.
